What to do

  • Full-cycle recruitment: preparing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers;
  • Continuously searching for new sources and methods of attracting specialists;
  • Working with positions ranging Middle;
  • Actively interacting with department heads (hiring managers) and consulting stakeholders throughout all stages of the recruitment process;
  • Using an ATS system to manage and track the recruitment workflow;
  • Participating in other HR projects.

What we care

  • Experience in the GameDev industry at least 2 years as a recruiter;
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English or above;
  • Knowledge of key recruitment and candidate assessment methodologies;
  • Awareness that it's not just about filling a vacancy quickly, but about finding the right long-term fit for the company;
  • Genuine interest in people, openness, and a positive attitude;
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with both candidates and hiring managers;
  • Passion for games.
