Recruiter
What to do
- Full-cycle recruitment: preparing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers;
- Continuously searching for new sources and methods of attracting specialists;
- Working with positions ranging Middle;
- Actively interacting with department heads (hiring managers) and consulting stakeholders throughout all stages of the recruitment process;
- Using an ATS system to manage and track the recruitment workflow;
- Participating in other HR projects.
What we care
- Experience in the GameDev industry at least 2 years as a recruiter;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English or above;
- Knowledge of key recruitment and candidate assessment methodologies;
- Awareness that it's not just about filling a vacancy quickly, but about finding the right long-term fit for the company;
- Genuine interest in people, openness, and a positive attitude;
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with both candidates and hiring managers;
- Passion for games.
