3D Modeller (Generalist)

What to do

  • Working with various aspects of 3D production: modeling, texturing, animation, rendering, and post-processing.
  • Searching and generating references using AI tools (GPT, Scenario, Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, etc.). Ability to correctly apply the results obtained.
  • Creating characters, buildings, environmental objects, and other graphic elements for company products.
  • Refining and correcting models, textures, and texture maps.
  • Working according to specified stylistic and quality standards.

What we care

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in modeling and sculpting.
  • Knowledge of topology rules, ability to work with shapes and proportions.
  • Experience in high and low poly modeling, UV mapping, baking.
  • Proficiency in software: 3ds Max, Photoshop, Zbrush, Substance Painter.
  • Ability to manage projects from initial concept to final render.
  • Skills in creating an efficient workflow.
  • High level of self-organization, ability to estimate time for tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for results.
  • Broad knowledge in various areas of 3D graphics (modeling, textures, animation, rendering).
  • Ability to adapt to new working methods.
  • Ability to quickly switch tasks and solve problems at different stages of production.
